The 360 degree Rotating Banner Tool is a powerful application that helps you create impressive 360 degree parallax rotating panoramas, banners, tickertapes and screen savers for your website and desktop. Parallax is achieved , placing cutout images at different levels then rotating each layer at a different speed, and or direction, in the program, creating a very realistic 3D effect. As the parallax images rotate still photos, text, hyperlinks, shapes, boarders, backgrounds and over 1200 flash animations can be added to the foreground and background. You can even import flash and combine them with the flash built in. The page sizes range from a thin tickertape to a full screen Flash page 1260 x 768.
